Enter Donor Information

During checkout, donor name/contact and the “paper signage” notes are added.

Donation Card is Auto-Generated

The system generates a “Donation Card” linked to the order; accessible in your panel.

Service Process Starts

Our operations team handles logistics/field coordination and executes the process step by step.

Video Delivery & Order Closure

Once completed, the activity video is delivered and the order is considered fulfilled.

Process by Donation Type

Shares are Purchased
Shares are sold until the well budget completes; progress visible on your panel.
Field Work & Opening
The well is drilled, tested, handed-over, and the name signage is placed.
Video Delivery
A consolidated opening video is sent after all shares complete and the well opens.
Slaughter Planning
Date & location arranged; the name/note signage is prepared.
Slaughter & Recording
Slaughter is performed and documented with video/photos.
Video Next Evening
Video is typically delivered by the next evening.
Preparation & Cooking
Menu/portions planned, ingredients procured and food cooked.
Field Distribution
Meals distributed on site to beneficiaries; footage collected.
Video Next Evening
Video is typically delivered by the next evening.
